Refund Policy

  2. Pro-Rated Refunds:
    • If services have been partially rendered, we can issue a pro-rated refund based on the work completed up to the cancellation date. The pro-rated amount will be determined at KultreMedia’s sole discretion.
  3. Successfully Delivered Services:
    • Concepts, social media plans, or any deliverables that have been shared with the client but not yet posted are considered as successfully delivered services and are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Recurring Charges:
    • Clients who wish to cancel recurring charges must send a formal cancellation request via email to their assigned KultreMedia Account Manager. This request must be received at least one week (7 days) before the next recurring charge is due. The email for cancellation requests will be provided directly to clients to ensure confidentiality.
  2. Automatic Charges:
    • By agreeing to our monthly services, clients authorize KultreMedia to automatically charge their nominated credit card for recurring service charges based on the amount agreed upon in the contract.

Additional Legalities

  1. Amendments to Policies:
    • KultreMedia reserves the right to amend these policies at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Clients will be notified of significant changes through email or our client portal.
  2. Dispute Resolution:
    • Any disputes arising from these policies will be governed by the laws of the state in which KultreMedia is incorporated. Clients agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located within this state.
  3. Limitation of Liability:
    • KultreMedia’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for services not rendered. KultreMedia will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  4. Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality:
    • Both KultreMedia and clients agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information, strategies, and data exchanged during the course of our business relationship. This includes all information not publicly disclosed by either party.
  5. Force Majeure:
    • KultreMedia will not be liable for any delays or failure in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, or other unforeseen events.
